Do you offer payment plans?
Yes of course! We offer more flexibility than just about anybody. If you love our style we want to make sure you’re able to have us capture your big day. We have payment plans as broken down as 20% payments. If you need to we can even arrange to have a couple payments after the big day. We get it. We got married too. It’s expensive!

Can I choose the music for my film?
Yes and no. The music for your film needs to be licensed so we can’t just take any song and slap it on your video. However, we are happy to send you to where we license our music and let you choose from there! Otherwise, we will choose music consistent with our other work.

What happens if my footage gets lost?
We are so careful to keep all of your memories safe! We have NEVER lost anyone’s footage. We back it up on at least 2 separate hard drives. If we lose any footage we will either give you a full refund or if the lost footage is minimal, we wiill pro-rate a refund equal to the portion lost and still complete your film. Don’t worry, we don’t take this lightly and will keep your day safe!

What is your cancellation policy?
When you book with us, we are going to turn down all other potential clients on your big day, therefore payments are non-refundable. If you’re changing wedding dates and we are available, we’ll reschedule you at no charge. You’re not going to want cancel. We’re awesome!

Who will actually shoot my wedding?
Ryan & Marley shoot most of our weddings so planning on them is a safe bet. However, we do have a couple highly talented associates that occasionally help us out. Rest assured, we will never send a rookie out to your wedding. Only talented individuals who have already earned our trust on multiple occasions to shoot consistent to our portfolio.

How long will it take to get my film edited?
This fluctuates a lot based off the time of year and our current work load. Expect somewhere between 8-16 weeks. However, in case of times when “life happens” and life gets crazy, our contract specifies that the absolute maximum time we can take is up to 6 months.
